1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InboxReply.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InboxReply.ai ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
InboxReply.ai is an AI-powered email management tool that analyzes your emails, generates summaries, suggests reply drafts, and cross-references your Google Calendar. The Service connects to your Gmail and/or Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0 with your explicit authorization.
We offer two plans:
- Free: Limited daily email analysis and core features
- Pro ($29/month): Unlimited email analysis, all features, priority support
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when creating your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription and Payment
Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29.00 USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until that date. We do not prorate partial months.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@inboxreply.ai within 7 days of the charge.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Access or attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or excessively query the Service beyond normal usage
- Resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service without written permission
- Violate Google's Terms of Service or API usage policies through use of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Google API and Third-Party Services
The Service accesses Google Gmail and Calendar APIs on your behalf. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
AI analysis is performed via Anthropic's Claude API. Email content processed through Claude is subject to Anthropic's usage policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.
7. Your Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of all email and calendar data accessed through the Service. We access your data solely to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its interface, design, AI prompts, and underlying software, is owned by InboxReply.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your email and calendar data solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content (summaries, draft replies) will be accurate. AI outputs are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing all content before sending.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INBOXREPLY.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the app or by emailing support@inboxreply.ai. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for unused subscription time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by emailing the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
